When the user is creating some STO deliveries via VL10B, they receive the error in the screenshot below, but strangely, a delivery IS created. However, on those deliveries, the output type (ZLD4) does not automatically trigger. The users must go into the delivery in VL02N and save to get the output to trigger
Solution Analysis and Recommendations

further investigation done by BMS and suggested that to make changes in the pricing procedure in the way the steps have been assigned to calculate list price. This should fix the issue. if the routine could prevent the incorrect calculation of the discount., List Price is a sub-total after deducting the discount (base price), if removed from and to steps the calculation issue can be fixed. (with the routine assigned to ZJBA)
Recap #27779 is assigned for the issue for further testing.
Issue#2: BMS Requested below answers for further investigation
1.When does this issue occur in VL10B - foreground or background or any? Is this a regular or incidental issue?
2.log is no longer available for analysis. Do we a more recent example to research on?
BMS presumes if could be DB refresh issue as Newera mentioned that user could trigger the output from VL02N simply by saving the document and also the fact that the delivery was created even though the log displayed an error message.
Dt:08/19/2016: Newera provided an example #6100015476 and presumes that the user enters their selection criteria (VL10B), then hits Execute. On the following screen, they highlight the appropriate document, and then press the "Background" button. After this, when they check the log, they receive the error in the screenshot. this does not occur every time, but sporadically.
